My night routine, My secret to an early night. Only two steps.

It's true what they say, going to bed early and having a good night sleep helps you to have a productive morning.

My 2 secret tips to having an early night sleep, are:

  1. Go to bed early, meaning if your target is to be asleep at 10 pm, be in the bedroom by 9 pm this helps you to prepare the things you need for the next day. Be in bed by 9:30 and relax ready to sleep.

I usually make my way to the bedroom at 8pm, I do a 30-40 mins bible study, 10 to 9pm I brush my teeth and put my face mask on. My favourite is 7th heaven Charcoal masque mask, it's so good for oily skin and it's affordable too.

9pm watch Law & Order, NCSI or Chicago PD depending on which ever one is on at that time.  While watching the program, i make myself a cup of tea, I love using London tea bags   The London Tea Company  because you can get none caffeinated tea bags.  I check out my social media - Instagram, Twitter, Blogspot, Pinterest , YouTube  and also reply to my emails. I then update my to do list which helps me keep up to date with what I have planned to do.

By the time the program finishes which is 5 mins to 10pm I go and wash my face mask off and by 10pm in my bed.

2- put your phone aside, many of us find that the reason we sleep really late is because we are always on our phone. So putting them aside and disciplining your self not to use them till morning will really help.

These are my two tips/process for having a early night. If you guys have a planned night routine, would love to know what helps you have an early night.

How to be happy during Christmas season

It's funny how time flies, everytime  Christmas comes you start to release how quick the year has gone, then you start to feel guilty about goals you set last year and have not achieved due to your own laziness or something thats out of your control. Like the amount of times I have decided to start eating healthy and start  to go to the gym, which only lasts for a month and I'm back to having pudding hahaha.

I love Christmas because every Christmas is different. This year Christmas didn't feel like something i was looking forward to, there just wasn't that joy that I used to feel when I was a kid. In my young days it seemed like Christmas was just the same, every year same people, same joy, lots

Of food and looking your best in a big party dresses.

In my teens it's was all about getting expensive present and what's new in trend. It felt like if I didn't get what I wanted it didn't feel like Christmas.

Now I look at life in a whole different way, it's not about how things have changed in the last 2 years but in the last 10 years.

Well the last 2 years have been abit dramatic in terms of things that you have not planned happening, I know we can't plan everything in life but there are just some things that are out of your power to change and you just have to learn to live through the process.

Like for example I used to think that I, my sister and mum will forever live near each other but when I found out that I wasnt going to see them till after Christmas it just felt like this Christmas not going to be the same, I just didn't feel that hype about it.

I asked my self what is about this Christmas that just makes me not happy to look forward to?. Then I realised happiness is something that you create by thinking positively, even tho I didn't see my family this Christmas, I did talk to them, they are in good health and I was also spending Christmas with other lovely people.

Sometimes things might not turn out to be what you planned, but I think if you think positively in any situation you will find that you learn a lot from what is happening  and more likely on how to deal with things.

I didn't think I was going to have a great Christmas, but that was by my own thinking, as soon has I started thinking positively I found myself been more happy.

Hope you had a Merry Christmas and remember things always seem and turn out better when you think positively.

Primark Black Choker Playsuit

Hey guys, happy Monday, hope you had a great weekend!

I spent the weekend with my sister celebrating her birthday last Thursday.

Before going out for a meal we passed through Primark where we bought these beautiful playsuits, it's so funny because when my sister and I were kids we didn't like buying the same clothing. Now when I visit her I find that she's bought the same clothes that I have!

The playsuits were on sale and come in two different colours; rose pink and black.

I styled mine with Missguided heels and she styled hers with Primark thigh heel boots.

I love playsuits, it might be winter now but they are also an investment for summer. As a bonus you get to buy them whilst they're on sale.

So what have you guys been up to this weekend? Feel free to leave a comment.

Primark Lace Slip Dress

Oh how I love me a slip dress, it brings out that 90 feel reminding me of the 90s classic movies and shows I used to watch and still watch. The dress is on sale (only £5), the colour and floral design makes it Perfect for every season.

There are a lot is different slip dress designs, another one that has recently caught my eye is a maxi sliver slip dress dress from H&M, it's definitely on my to buy list.

I styled the dress with a black choker, black boots, black leather jacket, rose red bag and a fur hat. I created a causal look which can easily be turned into a night out  or dinner outfit by just taking off the jacket and hat.

I have been shopping a lot from Primark lately, so you are definitely going to be seeing lots of Primark pieces in my outfits.

Have you guys got any favourites pieces from Primark? Leave me a comment 😊

Metallic High Waisted Skinny Jeans primark

It's my sister's birthday today's and I'm going over to spend the least of the week with her. So today's outfit I'm going for a causal look and trying to keep myself warm as its winter lol no more showing legs.

When dressing up I always have one item of clothing that I base my look on and today's item is this retro jeans from Primark. The jeans are perfect they have this leggings feel/ fit to them which makes them very comfortable. I don't usually go for jeans with a character but the they were reduced to £3 and not only I have lots of denim jeans so I guess having a different type of jeans won't kill.

I styled the jeans with a H&M  long sleeved mustard top and Missguided platform mustard boots, have had them for 3 years now but can't get enough them.

Do you guys have a favourite casual look? Could love to see.  Hope you have a great Thursday.

H&M tulle dress

My love for tutu/ tulle dresses or skirts is out of this world. Anything tulle in a store catches my eye. This dress from H&M is fabulous, I found it on the Halloween selection and was reduced to £7. I love the simplicity, how elegant it looks on and the fact that I get to show off my legs Bouns!.

I styled the dress with the gold wide chunky heels from Newlook that I got on sale too (£10).

A little black dress is a must have but a black tulle dress is cream on the cake. In winter you get a lot of sales and offers, for me it's the best time to shop.

I could like to know what you guys think about tulle dresses and skirts? And how you style your tulle dresses?
