Purple Afro Crochet Hair

I'm sure y'all have seen enough of this hair lol, don't you worry it's about to go.. I thought it would be nice to give it an amazing send off, by telling you guys how it came to been. 🤣

Let me just start by saying, it is extremely important to read instructions when it comes to hair...things like does it curly or is it heat resistant..etc.. getting it wrong is like having an explosion in the lab.. 😂

So for this very puffy purple afro, I got 2 packs of Senegalese twist, the colour caught my eye and I couldn't wait to try it. It's written Senegalese twist and seals well with hot water on the pack, I thought It would  curl okay with hot water, but boy was I wrong. To cut the story short this hair does not curl in hot water or straighten using a straighter or hair dryer. 

The hair is 44" (22" folded) long, it was too long for me as it wouldn't curl so I decided to cut it to about 12",  you can see if you follow me on Instagram that the colour shade changes depending with the light, the hair colour looks amazing with natural lighting. The best thing about the hair is that it was really light in weight. Bulky but light isn't too bad 😌

To wrap it up, I think this hair is particularly made for twists or even braids, I'm quite a dare-human.. see what I did there let me know if u get it 😅..so I go all out and experiment..

Ombre pink curly crochet hair

Everything I planned about this hair went wrong, but turned out to be super fab at the end.  My love for bright hair is out of this world, I feel like it's a way of expressing myself. 

I got the hair from my local beauty store, I bought the colour grey because it's easy to dye as it's synthetic. I first tried Normal hair dye which did not work, silly me should have checked on youtube first. I used pink acrylic ink mixed with isopropyl rubbing alcohol 

I wanted to dye the hair black at the roots, which I think gives it a natural look, blue on the middle and pink at the ends. However I only received the pink one and was running out of time for the blogs convention London event  #blogconldn.

Bob box braids wig

Lol I feel like I have seen it all, who even came up with the idea of braided wig... yes guys there is such a thing😅, I almost couldn't believe it when I first saw one..so fast forward to now.. I was doing my usual aliexpress wig shopping when I came across this beautiful box braid bob wig lol it was love at first sight.😍

For starters this little cutie was only £7.95 (sale price) lol this is a bargain, hair dressers charge 60-80quid and on top of that you have to buy braiding hair, so for me this is the future. Erm let's not forget the headaches, and heaviness of braids, this wig is soo light and comfortable, the only down side it that it has no clips so avoid it on windy days 😂and it also has a middle closure patch. 

Would you guys try braided wigs?

White and Burgundy boX braids

I love to try different coloured  hair, and these white and burgundy I just love. Definitely one of my favourite hair style I have had. 

I love the way the white and burgundy go together and I love the fact that I only put the white colour
on the middle making it abit dramatic.
